first download this rom...

Tutorial Install
- Already have Cwm
- Copy ROM to an internal/external sdcard
- Reboot into CWM, go to "wipe and format options"
- Select "Clean to Install New ROM".
- Back to the start menu Cwm
- Select Install Zip
- Choose zip from internal/ external_sd
- Select rom.zip file
- Back again to the start menu Cwm
- Select Install Zip
- Choose zip from / external_sd
- Select GApps zip file.
- Select reboot "the system now"
- Done

Copy setting.apk to system, PRIV-APP, REPLACE and Set PERMISSION to RW R R. ( must use file manager ex root explore, etc)
