to fix this, you must go to :

Step 1

1. Go to setting
2. Installed apps
3. Find Google Playstore and Google Play Service
4. Clear Cache and CLEAR ALL DATA in manage space
5. Done

Step 2

1. Setting
2. Accounts
3. Choose Other accounts
4. Add Google account
5. Login it

if two step above not work, you must install GApps via TWRP or CWM
